Assign Task Modification to Assignee

Would like to be able to have all team members view tasks, with limitation on the assignee being the only one who can edit or delete the task.

    IF an group event from Google Calendar gets synced to the Calendar don't allow it to be completed by anyone that is assigned or invited to it.
