Auto convert estimates to invoices
Currently, when a client signs a contract, JobNimbus automatically sends them an invoice link to make a payment — which is great. However, the system does not actually create an invoice or convert the signed contract into one. That step still has to be done manually, followed by applying the payment that was already made to the newly created invoice. This leaves too much room for oversight and unnecessary extra steps.
Ideally, the system should:
Automatically convert a signed contract into an invoice.
Automatically apply any corresponding payment (like a deposit) to that invoice.
Having this process handled behind the scenes would streamline billing, reduce administrative tasks, and ensure accurate records without delay. Even having this as a toggleable automation option would be a big improvement.
