I can no longer create a contact from the home screen. The "Create +" button only allows a Job or Task to be created now, so I have to begin to create a Job, get Name & phone number, create from that, then go back into the search bar, type in their name and go to their profile, and then I can go on creating the contact from there. There is a drop-down feature that allows me to add in more detailed information, but not everything we need including class, lead status, etc. It is an extra step, and messes with the flow of the conversation when getting info from new customers.
