Adding related contact by searching company name
when adding a related contact they would like the capability to search the contact by company name. since some of their contacts don't have a first name, last name, or email.

Issue: Search limitation when adding related contacts.
Current Behavior: Search only queries 'First' and 'Last' name fields.
The Problem: Users cannot find Property Management companies because keywords located in the Display Name (e.g., "Parent" or the company name - including the company name field) are ignored.
Requirement: Align this search tool with the standard search bar capabilities so it recognizes Display Name keywords.
