Block Off Calendar Times
I'd like to be able to block off times on the calendar for times/days that I know the sales people are not available to go and do a quote at that time.
We’ve added a control for business hours so each user can set how many hours they would like to see.
Right now, to block off time, each team member can create a Task on the calendar that would span the time they won’t be available for scheduling, and you can see that on their calendar.
This should do what you need, but give it a try and let me know what you think!

A way to block out time for personal events (doctor, etc) so that your scheduler / staff does not see all your personal information. It would be nice to have 1 calender rather than several to check

I would REALLY like to be able to input individual staff schedules,
i.e. Janet monday 10 - 6, Tuesday 9 - 6
Bob Monday 8 - 5, Tuesday 9-6
And then have calendar reflect those schedules so I don't schedule someone when the are off
