Work on IE 9
AS a govt employee I am trapped w IE 9 and JN is pretty crippled

I’m really sorry that JN isn’t as compatible with IE 9 as we would hope.
Unfortunately, the reality is IE 9 is now a 5 year old browser. It is known also to be one of the least standards-compliant and more insecure browsers out there. MS is on IE 11 right now, and building a new “Spartan” browser for Windows 10. Currently, we are supporting back 2 versions (IE 10 & 11).
We know there are serious issues with IE 9 that we can’t fix because of their lack of standards and building specific tools for a browser with dwindling usage unfortunately won’t get us where we need to be.
If possible, we highly recommend finding a solution that allows you to use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, which are updated, have higher security, and are fully compatible with JobNimbus.
Alternatively, our mobile app for iOS and Android devices is fully compatible, as is the web version when accessing from modern tablets and smartphones, giving you the whole experience.
We promise to always work to be in as many places as possible to assure we can help as many of our customers out as we can. We will continue to improve our compatibility going forward. I would be glad to provide other, cost-effective suggestions that might help you access JobNimbus better.
