Emails would go directly to the person who sent them instead of to the system administrator.
We need email responses that our clients send us to go directly to the person who sent the email rather than to the administrator.It's time-consuming to have to forward each response to the specific person who sent it out and they may miss an opportunity to respond if this doesn't happen right away.
In addition to a change we made in v1.23 to route email replies back to the JobNimbus user who sent the original email, we’ve also developed an email subject tagging feature that you can turn on in your Email Settings.
This feature allows emails to get attached even more accurately to where you want them.
