export reports into excel
If reports can't be opened as another webpage with all of the report information, is there a way to summarize the data onto one sheet so it can all be seen at once, or is there a way to export it to Excel so a summary can be created?

You can export all your reports to Excel or CSV spreadsheets by going to a saved report’s action menu (gear icon at the top right) and selecting one of the formats to export.
