Send sales reps an email when a task is assigned
It would be great if we had a way for Sales Reps to get an email whenever a task is assigned to them.
This is already done and turned on by default. If your sales reps are not receiving those tasks automatically, it may be that they turned off those notifications.
Each user manages their notification preferences. On the web, go to your name at the top right and choose My Info. Then find the Notifications section where you can choose Email, Push, or Both for each notification type.
