A shared calendar accessible by all members
We like to have all of our installs on the calendar accessible by everyone in our company. The only way to do this now JN is to set an all day event and link each person to it individually.
The problem with this method is that for people who are viewing multiple calendars at once (our admin staff), it duplicates the event for everyone invited so admin staff are seeing 10 copies of the same event. This both clutters and bogs down the calendar.
