When creating a meeting in Google calendar and using the syn function, it will automatically setup hundreds of task unless you make the task type Meeting as the default. It is then difficult to create automation for tasks because users overlook changing the task type. It would be beneficial to treat the calendar like a calendar and allow for recurring meetings, conflict notification, calendar sharing etc.
