Tracking Pre Sale Data
I would like to be able to track the amount of money I have in estimates before they are "sold".

Trade Reporting
Currently the only way to identify a Contact or Job with the a specific trade is to use "Tags". Ex. Roof Inspection, Roof Replacement, Roof Repair. We want to be able to track our sales data between the different trades (Gutter, Roofing,Siding) but also between replacement and repair service lines of business. These are normally two different sales process with sales numbers we would like tracked similarly to how easy it is to know the revenue and gross margin differences between Commercial and Retail job types.
The Legacy reporting system has the option to add tags to custom reports but…

Team Oversight - Insights
I’d like our entire team to be able to see the hard numbers of the whole company in Insights to drive competition, but if they are a limited access user & not a group manager, they don’t have the ability to drill down to see other users’ jobs

It would be nice to run an estimate report and a city report combined. it would also be nice for the sales dashboards to match the estimate approved/invoiced reports. Our totals are completely different from report to the dashboard.

Easier way to hide inactive team members on Sales Dashboard
I want an easier way to filter out inactive team members from the Sales Dashboard

Disable or hide sales dashboard via access profiles
We do not have a need for the sales dashboard that was recently added and would like the option to be able to disable this feature or filter its access by certain access profiles.

Lead Source Report - Status Drilldown
It would be extremely helpful to have an editable sales lead source report form, specifically so we can adjust the status compared. As an example, during initial set up, it prompted us to fill in a status and we chose to compare "Estimates" to "Signed Contract", so now we only see this percentage. We are trying to dig deeper into our process and, were this form editable, we would be able to utilize it much more efficiently.

More In-Depth Sales Funnel Tracking
Ability to create reports in anytime frame calculating sales and marketing status based on the unique statuses you create. Example instead of just tracking just sales, you can create analysis and slugging averages based on several different dispositions of a lead. Will make it easier to show more accurate closing % than those just based on if it sold. Incorporate no pitches, demos, no damage, no shows etc to see patterns with sales and marketing
