Attachments not attached when you forward an email
When you hit forward to other sender, attachment aren't being attach. Will be nice mostly to keep all thread in the same line.

Date & Time Stamp on Emails
When you forward emails with outlook or Gmail, the date stamp shows the date and time each transaction was sent. The emails through this system only send the text. I'd like the date/time to show along with the content

Recall or "Void" quotes or estimates
it would be very nice to have the option to "recall" or "void" estimates so my customers can't see old quotes or quotes I've sent on accident.

Custom Email Activity Report
Custom Email Activity Reports, Similar to an activity report, but only showing email activity, which could then be further sorted and organized. Specifically one that can be organized by who is assigned to the contact.

More email routing customization options or settings.
Have setting to customize subject tracking to job numbers only. Would be helpful if we have several property mangers over different contacts with jobs.

Copy/Paste function for contacts in emails to link to reviews
On email templates, we would like to have a feature where we can add a box for people to fill out a review, then we would like to allow the text in that box to auto-populate the review when they click on the review links.

Email Open tracker to help target active potential customers
You have email tracking (which I enjoy seeing who is hot) and It populates who has opened what emails and how many times. I would love a section or tab where we could see a cumulative list of opens and by who so we could contact people while they are very active. I think this would improve targeting our efforts incredibly. I would know who to call, when they are typically opening the emails so I would know what time of day or night to call. Is this something that is feasible?

When sending an email to our team members, allow a hyperlink to immediately send the team member to the specific contacts page in JobNimbus.

Able to send Subcontractor emails via Automations
Would like to see Subcontractors added as possible recipients for emails. We would like to be able to send them reminders of their assigned Tasks or Start Dates on Work Orders.

Formatting options for tasks, notes & emails
I'd like to be able to format the text on any task, note or email - the same way they let you do this in templates settings.
Why can't I edit font sizes in an email? Or worse, when I need to edit text from a template, my new font is default and the template might be different, and then I can't fix it within the platform...
