Auto fill name when signing
When you go to add a signature to a document, we are forced to type in the person's name. This is an unnecessary step as it should auto-populate based on the clients name, with an option to overwrite if someone else is signing it. It's just an extra step that decreases our efficiency.

When you go to sign a document, if you look to the right of where it says “Printed Name” there is a word “Choose”. If you tap on “Choose” it will let you pick from a list of names that would be eligible to sign (contact, sales rep, etc).
We will be improving this interface in an upcoming update to make this more clear, but that should help you in the meantime!
