Mobile app won't load
Our mobile app won't load. On the rare occasion that it does load, it not only takes forever to load, but it locks up. We have everything archived that we can archive, but it makes no difference. Our salesmen use this app in the field and now it's worthless to them. I'd like our bill to be cut in half until this issue is resolved. I don't know if our company needs to be put on its own server or what the resolution is, but something needs to happen NOW. We are literally days away from our busy season and we're dead in the water. I'd like to know when this is going to get resolved. I don't want to hear "in the near future", I want a specific date of when I can expect the mobile app to be functional. Tired of getting the runaround.
The mobile app should now load in all but the very largest of accounts. Thank you for helping us know what wanted.
