Caller ID on Android
Caller ID was working on Android however stopped working some time ago after an update to Android. Please rebuild the feature to work on all Android devices.

JobNimbus Incoming Caller ID on Android is supported on all manufactures except for Samsung. As a result of repeated feedback from our Android users, we now plan to add support for Samsung devices. Development has not started, but we will begin researching the amount of effort for Samsung devices this week.
Samsung settings allow selection of a single installed application for both incoming caller ID and spam filtering. At this time, JobNimbus does not plan to support general spam filtering. Please contact us (reply to this email) if you have feedback regarding this upcoming feature for Samsung devices.

It does not work on iPhones either anymore. Has not for years. It was one of the best things for those of us in business for a long time with the same number, it saved so much time knowing who it was and whether to answer or not. I also upvoted the comment on storing the calls and texts from the mobile app too. It was invaluable to track your team to see if and when they had made contact with customers.
