Admin access to team tasks Mobile App Calendar

Allow admins to see teams' tasks under tasks and calendar on JobNimbus 1.0 Mobile App. It is inconvenient to not be able to view or assign items to other team members on the app.

    Yes, not being able to see other crew members' schedules causes big issues. This blind spot is a major reason we're using the old app until this is updated.
