the ability for managers to have information available to them on the app, in order to be able to do their job easily.
what is the point of anyone, other than standard sales people, to even have the mobile app if the access level's features aren't even available to them when they are out and about. Specifically the Calendar aspect. Kind of stinks as of right now. Isn't doing anything for us. It doesn’t allow managers to see what’s on the calendar for everybody, which they need to be able to do on the go via the mobile app if they are going to be able to do their manager thing: make sure all is well and going smoothly with our customers each day, where we have appointments for one salesman double booked and they would need to make sure he fills in the gaps when needed. Calendar aspect has to be useful for the upper-level management/ownership to be able to justify using the program to run their entire businesses with. We currently just started migrating two of our companies over to you guys at job nimbus. I am sure with a few little adjustments, it will be ideal for any business owner. I'd love to be able to say that I found a program that is a contributing factor to our success and that I could recommend to friends of ours that own their own businesses as well. Just waiting on the mobile app! ;-)
This is already available when using our “Groups” feature, which you can enable in your Settings > Features tab (free).
Once enabled, you can go to the new Groups tab in Settings and create groups, separating your team into smaller “teams”. Each team can have one or more Group Managers who then have access to their group’s data both on the web and on the mobile app.
