Improve Search Functionality
Here recently, when searching for a job number, the EXACT job number does not pop up on the initial search. you get a list of numbers that have nothing to do with what you searched. You have to clear the search bar and search for the exact same number a second some times even a third time to get the job number to pop up. Examples have been attached. It would be appreciated if the search bar would work properly.

When searching by name the search bar often does not populate the accurate results, even when searching for a known exact name

It would be nice if searches didn't have to match exactly to bring up the correct result. For example, if I am searching for last name "Campbell" but I type in "Cambell" or searching for "Jennifer" but type in "Jenifer" it won't even try to guess what I'm asking. It would be helpful if the search bar had some more imagination...

Currently, you have to basically be exact in the search bar and it is difficult to find things.
For example, it would be good if the search bar could show the contact who's address is recorded as "123 Sample Rd" if you type in "123 Sample Road" in the search bar.
