It is mind boggling to me - that we use this CRM - to convince our customer to buy from use - based on the estimates we create using this product. But when the estimator isn't working properly and you ask Tech Support for help - they schedule you a week out or more. For instance - I am using those measurement to calculate starter shingles - using this formula - and this is the estimate I receive - I have to wait until 12/12 and today is 12/4 to get assistance with this and other formula issuues I am experiencing with this product - and I am only 1 month into this subscription - you would have thought that this product - would not be having this sort of issues - I mean this is the brick and mortar of this product - creating estimates
