I help draw up and send quotes for our owners and some of our sales team from time to time, especially for new construction jobs. It gets sent from my email, which is fine, but it would be nice to be able to add their email address, so they get a copy also. Even if they are assigned to the job, only I get the email notice and copy of the sent contract, since I'm the one that physically hit the send button. We also work w/ a lot of realtors, builders, property managers, etc. It would be nice to be able to add them as a recipient but leave their clients as the signee. Right now, the only way I've seen to add additional email addresses is to add signers.
