  1. Print photos

    I need to be able to print a picture from the photo viewer. Can we add a button? Or is there another way to do this?

    Hi Scott,

    We’ve added the option to Print from the Action Menu on a Contact and Job. By clicking Print, you will get a dialogue where you can choose what aspects of the Contact or Job you would like to print, including attachments.

  2. Change Status Option from Jobs Menu

    I find my self having to go in to the actual job to change the status when it would be nice to have the option to do it straight from the list of jobs.

  3. Invoice Payments Auto Calculated

    After making our line item invoice we would love if the "Add Payment" feature automatically added the line item into an updated invoice instead of going it and added it separately.

    In our busy office I could see how this could be overlooked or forgotten and something slip through the cracks. For my specific company this would streamline the making payment feature.

    I have many other ideas to add to the invoicing/payment system. Do we have a discussion idea blog I could contribute to?

    Hi Edward. We’ve had a couple requests for the Add Payment feature. We have it in our queue and will be integrating it in the next several weeks.

  4. Show Balance of Invoices in Column of Invoices Report Chart

    It would be helpful to have the option to show the balance of the Invoice in a column of the Invoices and Jobs Chart Not just the TOTAL but the Balance as well!!

    You can find the Total, amount Paid, and the Remaining amounts at the top of the Invoice page under “Invoice Information.”

    We’ve added a bunch more features to Estimates and Invoices in the last couple updates (see: http://bit.ly/1dVe6st for more info).

    Please let me know if there is anything else that we’re missing that you need and we’ll work to get it in as soon as possible.

  5. Work Orders

    It would be nice if we could convert an estimate or invoice into also a work order to send to a supplier or sub contractor.

    Our v1.16 update is live and includes a Work Order tool. You can create a work order from scratch or convert an estimate into a work order with just one click.

  6. Offer consistent color coding on the calendar

    It seems like every time I bring up the calendar the colors represetning me are different. Also, sometimes the two colors that come up representing me and a co owner appear only slightly different in the key but display the same as my color in the actual calendar. Any way that this color can be consitent or, better yet, able to be modified by me?

    We have included this feature in our 1.9.3 update. Colors are now consistent for each user, and can be changed by the user in the Profile settings.

  7. Task Owner

    When creating a task if you assign an owner, then remove one of the owners and then decide to add the owner again it doesn't show up in the calender.

    This isn't a major issue, but in my office setting task owners can get switched around according to scheduling changes.

  8. Track Users

    It would be nice if you could tell when the last time users logged in and for how long.

    In addition to the Last Logged In column on the Team tab in your Settings, we’ve now added the Team Activity Report which gives you an even better view of your team’s activity based on contacts created, tasks completed, etc.

  9. Allow completion of tasks on Sundays

    It seems when using the calendar view that, when trying to complete a task on the weekend, that the detail window comes up to the side of the task and, when you move your cursor over to hit complete, the detail window disappears. I don't seem to have this problem on weekdays

  10. call me so i can assist you

    i am a longtime roofing and storm restoration contractor and have some great ideas that would help job nimbus build a great platform for storm damage insurance restoration contractors which almost all are on the road and need to work in the cloud. there are some things regarding the layout and a few things missing in the software that would make this a simply but powerful solution for those who are tired of the high priced CRMs in our industry that take special training classes to learn. call me at 704 287-4561 doug

  11. Task Creation Time Stamps

    It seems as if the Task Creation time estimation is based off a different time zone.

    For example, if I create a task it immediately says: "Task created about 2 hours ago"

    My system and time zone are Eastern.

  12. Need to be able to add custom fields

    Without being able to customize what the job would be this doesn't allow much visibility into what my people are doing.

    Thanks for the suggestion! You can actually customize your job types (among other things) by going to the Account link at the top right of the screen and selecting “Settings”. Please let us know if this gives you what you need.

    Every job is in need of a job number just like an invoice number.

    In version 1.11, we’ve included an option in Account Settings to enable the ability to set your own Job Numbers.

    Just head to Account Settings > General and check the box that says “Allow me to assign Job Numbers manually.”

  16. PROBLEM UPLOADING A DOCUMENT

    When I press the select button nothing happens... I've logged off, refreshed my screen, rebooted... It worked earlier today. Any ideas..?

  17. Sorting question

    When sorting on one column such as status; Is it possible to show the sorted column have a second sort on job name. This would allo me to see all sorted job status with job name in alpha order.
