We would like to be notified via email when we receive a text via engage.
6 votesThis is best completed by using the notification center and installing the JobNimbus mobile app. Email is the least read form of communication, which would means that emailing about a text is not a best practice and won't be added.

Only See Assigned Work Orders
I sometimes have large teams working on jobs where there are work orders for each person. I need the work orders to be private to the individuals except for management. If it worked like the Full/Limited Access in Access Profiles, that would be great.

Nested Drop Down Smart Estimates Measurements
While creating a smart estimate template, the user would like to be able to input a nested drop down. In this case they were referring to the types of plumbing on the roof of a house. Instead of listing each diameter of pipe as it's own item, they'd prefer to list pipes then have a drop-down for each diameter that could then have the respective counts filled in.

Mobile App Map on Desktop Version
Please add the map feature that is available in the mobile version to the desktop version. It shows the positions of all the houses that we are doing work on or have scheduled for an appointment. The mobile app version is nice, but i think i could make better use of it with my PC.

Automated Opt-Out for Engage
Add an option for contacts being texted through Engage to text "STOP" or something similar to allow them to opt out of receiving texts automatically.

Move JobNimbus Payments from One Invoice to Another
Sometimes I send the wrong invoice or the customer makes a payment on the wrong invoice. I need to be able to apply the JobNimbus Payment to another invoice.

Fix time change for all-day events
When moving time zones, all-day events move forward or back one hour, offsetting the whole calendar.

Document Signed Email should include more info
When a document is signed, the email update sent after only has the document number. I need to see the contact name and the document name as well as the job number.

It would be great if the attachments, documents, estimates, invoices, etc. had a quick view option that would pull up another smaller screen instead of taking you off your current place.
