Notate when a column in a board is associated with an automation. For example, an 'A-E' when a column is associated with an automation that sends an email, or an 'A-T' when the contact is associated with an automated task.

Change email address for billing
We want to be able to send our subscription billing to our billing department. Right now it goes to the admin on the account and there isn't a way to change that, and having to manually sen the invoice to our billing department is time consuming.

Credit Card expiration notice
When the system sends a credit card expiration notification, it would be best to send notification closer to the expiration time. Currently it sends them with plenty of time to renew when there is no immediate need to change it.

Alert for Alpha-Numeric Job ID
We have been assigning job IDs manually. Last year we used a naming convention that was numeric and would be prompted if it were a duplicate (there are times when multiple folks are setting up projects at once). Since going to an alpha-numeric naming convention we have lost that functionality and we are feeling the negative affects of that. It would be great if the system would send us an alert for alpha-numeric IDs as well as it does or numeric ones.

Activity notes on Work Orders on mobile app
We need the ability to write activity notes on work orders on the new app like we were able to do in the old app. Without these notes it's nearly impossible to keep track of the work that has been done. This is crucial to keeping our projects organized.

Conditional Fields in Forms
Would like to see Forms provide the option for conditional fields/responses. If I select a Cedar Fence as the first question, I would like to be able to then select a follow-up 'Type of Cedar Fence'. This would allow for less implementation and time saved in the field; the benefit of Forms is to ensure the field crew doesn't have to guess, and this would only double down.
