A lot of contractors work with subcontractors and they fill the labor portion of the job. If you are just working inside of the main contact window in the activity log and want to send an email to a subcontractor through the work order, it becomes tedious. Have the subcontractors email pre-populated, from a centralized address book separate from the being connected to the work order or have to key it in. There is room for error. If I could go to the "address book" and type in their email address and it will populate so that they can send the sub contractor or adjuster an email right from the address book, and have it save to the job activity from there if possible.

ie.

My supplier I just need to send them a corrective email from the generalized address book.

Our supplier CRS, I would like to type in CRS and have all the CRS employees come up where I can view their phone and send an email right from there.
