Too many calls from customers asking us to walk them through signing a contract...it should not be this difficult. I think what throws them off is when they click the "Review & Sign Quote" it takes them to the pdf and they think they are supposed to sign it. Most of them never even notice the blue "Continue" button that takes them to the page where they actually sign. I think removing the pdf and having the link take them directly to the sign page would make things exponentially easier for them and for our office staff. SumoQuote is great but this feature is not as user-friendly as the Legacy Estimate signature procedure.
