WePay - Allow Custom Templates When Sending WePay Invoices
Currently it looks like you can select a template and send it, but the client actually receives a generic "your invoice is attached" email from WePay. This is a problem because we want to tell customers to only pay half of the invoice amount upfront. Our email template that says that does not send.

In the new Global Payments integration you are able to use whatever invoice template you would like and in the invoice note field you can define how much you’d like the customer to pay upfront and at job completion.
In 2022 we’ll be coming out with a better way to collect deposits as well. We’d recommend making the switch to Global Payments if these features would be valuable for you. They also beat the WePay credit card rate.

Options in with WePay
The option to change the automatic payment options to pay in full and percentages. Other amount is too vague and customers can choose what they want to pay. We want them to either pay a deposit (usually 50%) or pay balance due.

Include Contact/Job In EagleView Receipt Notification
When you receive an email telling you that your EagleView has come in, it only gives the Order #. It would be nice to have it also connect which contact that EagleView was ordered for and tell that in the email as well. This would allow me to go straight to the contact without looking up what EagleView they are talking about.

Option to select which fields are sent when ordering EagleView
It would be very helpful to allow us to select fields to be sent over to EagleView when ordering through JN. At least, insert the contact or job # as a PO. Even better would be if we could select what was sent. For my company, I would prefer to use the customer name as the PO in EagleView, because that would help my bookkeeper.

ability to send sign request for NaturalForms documents
Currently, my team uses DocHub to email a client for a signature or electronic form. To my knowledge, NaturalForms doesn't have the ability to do this. I would love to be able to send a NF document thru JobNimbus as a sign request - like you can JN documents.
1 voteThis is a great feature to request from naturalForms! We don’t have control over their product, but we agree that this would be a great feature for them to add.
Please send them the request and hopefully they’ll get it added to the app!

Integration With Moisture Mapper
Moisture Mapper is crucial to any serious restoration company and after speaking with them it is clear that they are willing to integrate with any CRM that reaches out to them, so if you could make this happen ASAP it'd be great!

Evernote Integration
If possible, it would be nice to have Evernote integration.
A nice feature that Evernote provides is the ability for me to take a picture of a business card and when I do, Everynote automatically grabs any additional social information about that contact (i.e. LinkedIn photo, LinkedIn Link, etc.) and then I can have it saved in my contacts on my iPhone.
It would be great if I could have that information saved into my JobNimbus Contacts and save a ton of additional key-entry.
Our company loves working with JobNimbus and using your software for our project manager and CRM.
