Don't sent automated texts and emails to lost jobs.
If a job status is changed to lost, or the job is complete, the customer should not still receive automated timeline based emails and texts. For example: We have the system reminding customers that they have not approved an estimate after certain time frames. If a customer tells us they are not interested or went a different direction and we change their status to "lost" they still get the automated reminder emails which makes them very mad
