What is the point of being able to create templates and a work flow if when we go to add photos from the job or COMPANY CAM that the photos selected end up at the bottom of the report and out of order from the template? Is there a way to convert all annotated photos to stay in order of when they were taken and not annotated on top and then all other photos below? It creates a massive disconnect and is time consuming. Reports used to take 10-12 minutes from start to finish for a detailed report with a cover photo, intro, photo template/workflow for inspection photos and attaching a hailtrace to the file. Now it seems to take over 30 minutes to complete this same task. Very costly in almost every line of work. The changes that have been made over the past 5-6 months have been horrible and not user friendly. I've been using jobnimbus as a CRM with 2 different companies for almost 4 years and outside of seeing the integrations with great companies such as company cam and sumoquote, I can't say much else has been good. Task setting is clunky and the date/calendar widgets have gotten worse. They used to prefill a date and next closest time and now you have to scroll for every minute of the hour. Clunky clunky clunky. Get more user feedback before making these knee jerk changes. It may LOOK pretty but its only creating more user time behind the computer. Not healthy.
