  2. Please make reports more usable.

    Currently to look at budgeted expenses paid , invoiced and payments separate reports are required and to be merged in excel. Allow the reports to be built from scratch with the various components. A simple report such as Client Name, Address, Budget expenses, Invoiced amount and Payment amount would be so beneficial!

  3. Ability to filter by who created the lead between JN and QB

    Example: "We have leads created by employees and by QuickBooks (past jobs from newly active customers). Because of this we have leads/jobs created by Quickbooks that are included in the Insights report and sales dashboard with no way to filter them out. It’s a pain but at least in Classic Reports I can add a filter to only give me records created by each employee which leaves off the QuickBooks created jobs/leads."

  4. Work Order Totals on Reports

    It is imperative that I am able to run a report that shows all the current work order price totals and the grand total. When I create a work order, that work order is added to on a daily basis until the job is complete. Many jobs last for several days or weeks, or even months. I need to know the value of all those open work orders, and the easiest way is to have them show in a report just like the invoice reports.   7. Need a report that shows each commission breakdown by job, NOT by total commission per related contacts.

    Need to be able to filter all reports by job and/or contact, especially: budget and invoices. Essentially, the budget page we see in an individual but a report of it for ALL jobs.

  8. Changing Pages on Reports

    When on a custom report, and you change the page you're viewing on the report, it keeps you at the bottom of the report instead of redirecting you to the top of the page. This causes the user to have to scroll all the way to the top of the page anytime they change the page on a report.

  11. TO GET REPORT FROM CUSTOM NOTE TYPE

    We created a Note type "Production Notes".

    Tried to create a WO report to pull only those notes, and filtered using the "TYPE" column, selected the custom type to be the only one pulled, but the code did not recognize the list of type that we have. It's pulling different names of activity types.

  13. Filter a specific Vendor "Item" on an Estimate Report

    We want to know if we got quoted with a certain vendor of ours. Our vendors typically have price increases and we would like to look to pull all the clients we quoted with a specific Vendor "Item". So we can inform of the price increase, etc. It would be great if it would be possible to create a report based on items used in an estimate.

  14. Improve street address line filter

    Be able to just put a street name into a filter and have it pull all jobs on that street name that are paid and closed or just filter a street name without a status is fine too.

  15. Movable Custom Reports Function

    Would like to be able to change the position of reports once they are created. As of now your order is limited to when you put them in. For instance If I wanted to label my positions 1-10, If I added 8 before 3, my reports would be out of order.

  18. "or" filters in reports

    I have a report that I would like to have an "or" filter on. Basically it would pull contacts created between two dates OR between two other dates. These are two separate date fields, so I would like to be able to specify "and" or "or" between different types of filters.

  19. A way for reports to be sent to Google drive?

    My thought is that if I can send multiple reports to google sheets, then I can have my key info be able to sent to a main page with all of my KPI's on it.
