Hair Conditioner - heads-up!
I went to a new stylist today (always a real nail-biter but it turned out well). I told her I'm a diver and she asked what I do to protect my hair when diving in salt water. I told her I get my hair wet with fresh water (and she nodded 'yes') and then I put in conditioner (and she shook her head no). If I understood this correctly, conditioner is formulated to work to restore the hairs' proper pH. It will continue to work to do that for as long as it is on the hair. When we leave…

Hide company numbers from Engage in mobile app
Currently, in Engage, when users are assigned numbers, they can still see the company numbers through the mobile app. It would be great to be able to hide the rest of the company numbers and only have their assigned number visible.

Link task attachments to customer main contact page, under documents/photos
Dispatch tech via "task" - tech uploads a few photos - those photos then automatically dump to the main contact file - not simply lost in the task attachments.

Multiple logons
Why do I need multiple logons across the platform that have different password character requirements. IE: Main logon no symbol needed, feedback logon requires special character. Why multiple sign-ons?

Doc signature
Please allow one document to be signed in multiple spots like docusign does. If we need multiple pages signed then we have to break our contracts up in parts and send them each separately to the customers which is frustrating.

Notifications to pop up on the website
To have a badge number in the corner of the screen when you get a notification on the desktop version, similar to the way a badge shows up on apps. Now, you get a push notification on your phone and/or an email, which means you have to leave the website to get it, or constantly be refreshing your homepage to see if anything new came in.

A notifications tab in the top where notifications sent by email/push are saved that directs to the task, job, or contact with Job Nimbus
From time to time our guys will get notifications by both email and push notifications, but when they click on it they are not directed to the actual source of the notification.
We believe that a notification tab similar to that of Facebook, or other platforms that saves and directs recent notifications that will allow our guys to look back on all of those in one place.
