Able to send Subcontractor emails via Automations
Would like to see Subcontractors added as possible recipients for emails. We would like to be able to send them reminders of their assigned Tasks or Start Dates on Work Orders.

Edit History for Notes - Audit Trail
There should be a way to view the edit history of a note. If an edit is made to a note now, there is no way to view what the note used to contain.

Ability to hide certain email templates
I want to be able to hide the email templates for which I have made automations to send. The sales team, as well as other workers, do not need to use these email templates, so i would like to have the ability to hide them to make the list that others see more simple.

Ability to Select Attachments From Related Contact/Job When Emailing
I want to be able to send my sub-contractor an email with an eagleview report from multiple other contacts that are my customers in JobNimbus as attachments. I can see the eagleviews under my sub-contractor's "Attachments", so long as "related" is checked, but when I try to send a note (note type: email) to my subcontractor and add the eagleviews by selecting "attachments" in the note options, I have nothing to chose from.

Ability to for users to only see their email templates
Ability to have each employee see only their own email signature template as opposed to seeing everyones email templates.

A notifications tab in the top where notifications sent by email/push are saved that directs to the task, job, or contact with Job Nimbus
From time to time our guys will get notifications by both email and push notifications, but when they click on it they are not directed to the actual source of the notification.
We believe that a notification tab similar to that of Facebook, or other platforms that saves and directs recent notifications that will allow our guys to look back on all of those in one place.

Custom Work & Material Order #s
Hi there! We use different order #s for different vendors & subs. The current token options are not sufficient. Or at the very least enable us to edit each individual work or material order #.

Additional Template Fields
It would be helpful to be able to automatically enter a related contact name in the subject line of an email and also add the name and contact info of a related contact in the body of an email template.

Access list of contacts when sending email
The new format, makes you put in the email address in, and then you have to add new. Also the subject line erases if you use/add a template. It did not improve the ease of use. If it could access a list of contacts saved would be helpful.

We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with JobNimbus vs. Gmail
We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with our Gmail accounts. In some cases the emails are only coming to our JobNimbus gmail notificaitons but are not showing in the client chart. We have also noticed several instances where our emails will stack in gmail and cause us to miss or again not sync with the client file in JobNimbus. I wanted to see if this is something that has been seen in other instances as well.

Exclude notifications when emails are forward from chosen email addresses
Currently our office forwards documents into our Jobnimbus account. Our sales reps are notified upon each email that is forwarded into the account with no way to limit the notification from Jobnimbus of the email. It would be great if there wasa list of emails we could add that if email is forwarded from x address that the system does not send a notification to the sales reps on the contact/job.

Private Attachment on Emails
I'm looking to have the "Private Attachment" available when creating a Document, as well as when I send an email. The reason is to have this private from our employees that have limited access.
We create our contracts in a document which has the estimate embedded in there, so we don't want this showing up in the activity stream and attachments for them to see the prices.
We also then send our emails from inside JobNimbus and have the estimates, or contracts attached to the email. then it shows up on the activity stream for the contact and they can…

Recall or "Void" quotes or estimates
it would be very nice to have the option to "recall" or "void" estimates so my customers can't see old quotes or quotes I've sent on accident.
