Email Audit
Not sure what happened but we used to not only be able to see the status of an email sent but also the time stamp and person who opened the email. Many times an email gets sent to multiple contacts and it was great to be able to see who actually had viewed it. Now it's just a time stamp and status.

Date and time formatting
We send out a confirmation email for our site visit. Currently the date field is populated as 2021/05/17, we would like it to be sent as Monday, May 17, 2021.
There is no time field, so I have to send it as a decimal ex: 1.30, I would like a proper time field that shows up as 1:30pm.
Right now our email looks like : Your site visit is confirmed for 2021/05/017 at 1.30.
I would like this email to look like : Your site visit is confirmed for Monday, May 17th at 1:30pm.

SETTINGS OPTION: AUTO BCC EMAIL SENDER, AUTO BCC HIGH LEVEL ADMIN, REPLY ALL BY DEFAULT
Option to have the sent emails to have the sender bcc by default.
Option to have a high-level admin to be in bcc in emails
Option for a high-level admin to receive ALL email responses to avoid communication falls through gap

Also be able to add notes to job assigned email without having to make a work order.

EXISTING PERSONAL TASK BUTTON AND/OR NOTIFICATIONS - SHORTCUT ON THE TOP OF THE PAGE, NEXT TO SETTINGS
Rather than going to a report or job board to see my task list, it would be great to have a drop-down menu shortcut on the top page for the list of tasks and @mention notifications.

After saving a work order, most likely we still need to work in the same section, but after saving, after the work order view, the only option is to go to the main job page, to go back to the list of work order page.

"Email Work Order" Should Include All Recipients
When using the "Email Work Order" function, all recipients should be included in the same email as a recipient. As it is right now, some parties get the email showing others that it was sent to, but some parties don't. It prevents subcontractors, customers, and other non-users from being able to reply-all.
This diminishes communication and makes the Work Order process less useful.
We need an ongoing conversation about many work orders, and including all recipients in one conversation should not be hard to accomplish.

Edit History for Notes - Audit Trail
There should be a way to view the edit history of a note. If an edit is made to a note now, there is no way to view what the note used to contain.

Access list of contacts when sending email
The new format, makes you put in the email address in, and then you have to add new. Also the subject line erases if you use/add a template. It did not improve the ease of use. If it could access a list of contacts saved would be helpful.

More Email Styling options
I'd like to have a lot more styling options in the emails.

We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with JobNimbus vs. Gmail
We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with our Gmail accounts. In some cases the emails are only coming to our JobNimbus gmail notificaitons but are not showing in the client chart. We have also noticed several instances where our emails will stack in gmail and cause us to miss or again not sync with the client file in JobNimbus. I wanted to see if this is something that has been seen in other instances as well.

Edit Email When sending Work Orders
When sending a work order directly, it would be beneficial to be able to remove or customize the verbiage that is included in the email.

Limited view of email on mobile app
When viewing a longer email, it doesn't allow you to see the whole thing on the mobile app. Can we make this limit either a) go away or b) larger than it currently is.

Exclude notifications when emails are forward from chosen email addresses
Currently our office forwards documents into our Jobnimbus account. Our sales reps are notified upon each email that is forwarded into the account with no way to limit the notification from Jobnimbus of the email. It would be great if there wasa list of emails we could add that if email is forwarded from x address that the system does not send a notification to the sales reps on the contact/job.

Attached Documents on Emails in Order
It would be beneficial if the order we attach documents in emails as was the way that they were sent.
