Verbiage for Text to Pay Errors
When attempting to send a "Text to Pay" to a customer, sometimes there is no response on the button or clicking it does nothing. We discovered that it wasn't sending a text because the phone number for the customer was set to a home phone and not mobile. It would be nice if some of that verbiage showed up instead of nothing showing.

Block and delete spam texts, not customer texts
In Engage, would like the ability to block and delete spam texts. Understand we can block JN contacts, but we would not want to block JN contacts. Want to block spam from outside companies and phishing texts from mail lists. Similar to what you would do if you had political or other type of spam text on your phone (delete and report junk). Example below - all spam.

Texting opt-out more obvious
When a customer opts out of texting, it still looks like we can text them within the contact and the activity shows text messages, even though those texts aren't being sent. There isn't a great way to quickly see that they have opted out, especially on mobile. Can we make it so we can't click to send a text at all in the contact when they've opted out?

Automated messages that include sales rep's mobile number
Ability to be able to send automated texts that pulls the salesman's name and mobile number regardless of who is sending it.

Hide company numbers from Engage in mobile app
Currently, in Engage, when users are assigned numbers, they can still see the company numbers through the mobile app. It would be great to be able to hide the rest of the company numbers and only have their assigned number visible.
