Auto assign work orders
I would like to have the Work Orders automatically assigned to the team member that is assigned to the Contact/Job. The legacy app and desktop version already have this functionality and I would like this carried over to the new app as well

Photo loading confirmation on mobile app
When loading photos to the system from phone, there is no confirmation that the load was successful... so many times our guys are doing it repeatedly, and end up with triple the same pictures loaded

Mobile Site
I received feedback from one of our sales reps who uses JN on his phone via google chrome (not the app) and he is now unable to update status because everything is so zoomed in and the icons at the top are so big they are blocking the top portion of the dropdown menu. He also said he's unable to view more than 5 docs and 5 photos at a time rather than being able to select 100 and scroll through all of them like before and the arrow buttons to go to the next page aren't working so he's…

Set default state for contacts being added via mobile app
Allow us to choose which state the add contact screen in the mobile app defaults to or allow it to be set to "none" by default so each user must choose the correct state.

Log notes using Apple Pencil on iPad
My team takes notes on an iPad using Apple pencils. We would like the ability to log notes using the pencil to take down measurements and communicate other important information for the office. We will have to continue doing this in Notes Writer and uploading the PDF into the job.

Duplicate Notes From the Contacts File to the Job File
Can I Create a Duplicate Entry for Both the Contact and the Job Without Re-Typing the same Note. I make phone Calls through the App When I am in the Job page but it only shows the record of the call on the Contacts page and I need to have a copy in the Job page so that all of the information is together without going back and forth. If there is way to just create a duplicate and move the files back and forth between the Job and Contacts page.
3 votesWhen placing a call from the job, the app now saves the call note to the job. You can view related activity on the contact by enabling the "show related" toggle.

Active Links In Notes On Mobile
we often have hyperlinks in our notes... but we can not click on these hyperlinks via the mobile app, nor can we copy and paste the hyperlink into the mobile browser... so, please enable the mobile app to click hyperlinks in notes.

Private Attachments Option On Mobile
When I upload documents onto the mobile 2.0 app there is no option to select the document as "private attachemnt".
I feel this would be very useful as it would save users from having to jump on desktop after uploading an attachment, especially if they don't have one in front of them, they could easily forget to mark that private at a later time.
