Sort views in mobile calendar
It would be great to be able to filter the calendar view to show like the webcalendar does. I do not need to see certain Task types but on mobile you do not get that choice to filter those out.

Upload Files Directly in App
It would be beneficial if there was an option to upload external documents directly from the app instead of sharing them from the document within the phone or tablet.

Convert estimate to contract
Being able to easily convert the estimate to contract while in the mobile app would be helpful.

To be able to look at a job assigned to you on the app instead of having to log into the site
To be able to look at a job that has been assigned to you through the mobile app instead of having to try and remember your login to the site when you click on the link in the email.

NEED A TRUE WEEKLY VIEW ON CALENDAR NOT AN AGENDA OF 5 DAYS AHEAD
I really do NOT like the fact that the mobile calendar doesn't show me a traditional weekly view. I understand that it shows a 5 day forecast for my day plus 4 days or an "Agenda" for 5 days, but why can't it show a traditional "Weekly" view. As in begins on a Sunday and ends the following Saturday just like any/all other calendar views set to see a week view. I have never seen a calendar that doesn't show a true weekly view. Remove character limit, or provide see more option on Mobile App
When viewing a Contact or a Job within the mobile app, if the text or email is too long you can't see the whole thing. Please remove this limit or have a "see more" option like we have on the Desktop version

Access to Archived Contacts on Mobile App
Losing access to customer information once a particular job is paid and closed is a complete inconvenience for customer service follow up and referral requests.

Record Payments on mobile app and send receipts
This can be done on desktop but we as roofers are not able to access a desktop when we are in the field. We need this option to be added to the mobile app ASAP. This will help a lot. This option is when a customer pays by check or cash and I can use this feature to enter that payment manually and the system will send a receipt to the customer by email with the payment amount.

Newsflash! I want to reply directly from my app to emails from my customers. Why is there no way to reply from the app? It would be nice.

Show Related Contact more readily/clearly on Jobs in mobile app
Add a field to the job that includes the contact name for the job and automatically pulls the data from the contact card. It would also need to display in the app. As of right now when you schedule a Job you can see the address but need to go to 4 additional steps to see who the job is attached to.

Streamlining the mobile app
We have 15 people in our organization. All have tried the app and it will not work on any phone. We have a large database and do not want to close out files. Instead of trying to download all the contact on our phone, why not use indexing to access it online? I made a large access data base for a store and had to do that to make the program faster.

The mobile app should work for everyone but the 1% of accounts with exceptionally high numbers of active customer, we are working on a fix for the remaining accounts, but everyone else should experience faster load times even on large accounts.

Photo Scroll on Mobile App
I have gotten numerous complaints from my team and admin on not being able to scroll through photos on the mobile application. Attached are two screenshots of replies that you guys would be adding this feature into the new 2.0 and we are now on 2.3 version and still don't have this capability.... I love that you guys have this feature to interact with us on what we would like to see but if you say you are going to be adding a feature please actually add it.

Mobile app won't load
Our mobile app won't load. On the rare occasion that it does load, it not only takes forever to load, but it locks up. We have everything archived that we can archive, but it makes no difference. Our salesmen use this app in the field and now it's worthless to them. I'd like our bill to be cut in half until this issue is resolved. I don't know if our company needs to be put on its own server or what the resolution is, but something needs to happen NOW. We are literally days away from our busy season and…

Mobile App- Choice of App to Use for Calling or Texting
I use an app for my business calls called Smart Line. It would be great when clicking call or sms from the mobile app to be prompted with the Android message of which app to use for this action.

phone number field on Job screen
Please add the phone number to Jobs. before we switched to the jobs functionality we had the phone number in the contact header and were able to make a call directly from the App. now that we are using Jobs the number is not in the header and we have to go from the Job to the Contact to make a call.
