the ability for managers to have information available to them on the app, in order to be able to do their job easily.
what is the point of anyone, other than standard sales people, to even have the mobile app if the access level's features aren't even available to them when they are out and about. Specifically the Calendar aspect. Kind of stinks as of right now. Isn't doing anything for us. It doesn’t allow managers to see what’s on the calendar for everybody, which they need to be able to do on the go via the mobile app if they are going to be able to do their manager thing: make sure all is well and going smoothly with our customers each…
2 votesThis is already available when using our “Groups” feature, which you can enable in your Settings > Features tab (free).
Once enabled, you can go to the new Groups tab in Settings and create groups, separating your team into smaller “teams”. Each team can have one or more Group Managers who then have access to their group’s data both on the web and on the mobile app.

calendar popups that didn't obscure the other calendar entries
Whenever i click on a click on a calendar entry the pop up that appears gets in the way of the other entries

Select Attachment category on mobile
I would like to assign an attachment category when uploading documents on the mobile app. I can edit the category after it's uploaded, but I would like to select the category before the document is saved.

Add Search History on Mobile App
It would be super helpful to add a “Search History” on the mobile app to show all your recent typed searches. Similar to how google gives you a drop down of your history. The desktop web version already has it.

Mark documents private from the mobile app instead of having to do it online
We should be able to mark a document private on the mobile app just like we can online. When I am scanning signed financial docs into JobNimbus that I only want certain users to be able to see its important that they get marked private at that same time. Having to go into the web app to mark them private is an extra step that might be forgotten.

Invoice Link in text
Be able to include a link that opens up the customer's invoice would be helpful to have customers open their invoice from a text message to submit a payment.

Sorting abilities in mobile app
When viewing all contacts/jobs in mobile app, it would very helpful to default it to "anybody" instead of having to toggle to it from assignee. Along with this, be able to sort in a descending or ascending order and sort by record id.

Daytime Color all the time
the nighttime color scheme of the app makes things a bit hard to find. A feature to lock the color scheme in the daytime view would be a nice feature.

Activity on New Mobile App
I would like to have easier navigation on the contact/job page on the new mobile app. It would make more sense that the activity tab also contained the notes like it does on the web. I would also like to have the "photo" option added back to the contact page instead of having to select "add new"

Contact Address at the Top of Contact Page
The udpate to the ios app today has taken away the address at the top of the contact page. This has caused a lot of issues for us. It was nice to be able to copy and paste quickly from from the top.

Photos on Android App
When uploading photos to the new Android app, every time I try to put in a description the phone scrolls to the top making it time consuming to add a new description/name for the photo. Then, once the photo is saved, I can't edit it. This can be very frustrating and I don't always have access to my computer to do this more efficiently.

Copy Phone Number option on mobile
On the mobile app, under the contact when you click the phone icon, there is only the option for call or text. We would like there to be a 'copy phone number' option from that drop down.

New releases should not take away critical functionality
When upgrading the JN Mobile app, it would be best if both Android and IOS upgrades are the same. For example, the new JN Mobile app kept the "Team calendar" functionality in IOS only, but took it away in Android! That seems like a major miss (upgrades should never take away functionality from an existing functionality - especially one as valuable as Team calendar views for those of us that are administrators!!). Also, the Jobs tab lost the "filtering" functionality so that it's showing ALL jobs - regardless of whether the job is closed out or not. Filtering the views…

Modify default Calendar view on mobile
I would like to choose the default calendar view on the mobile app. It is currently set to monthly view and I know how to change to weekly/daily, but I want the weekly/daily view to be set as the default so I don't have to change it all the time.

Mobile Home Page Estimate Options
From the home page of the mobile app, I would like to see all the different status' of estimates, not just sent, pending, and draft.
1 voteYou can now view all estimates in a list from the home screen. Just tap "View all" on the Estimates card from the home screen. You can then filter the list by typing in a search or based on assignee or estimate status.
