Convert estimate to invoice on mobile app
You can create invoices on the app, but more importantly, the current estimate needs to convert to invoice in mobile app. This option is only available on desktop site.

Make work orders easier to find in app
Currently it is difficult to find work order in both the old and the new app. It takes a lot of scrolling and searching, and if you don't know what you're looking for you have to click around for a while. Also, when you are notified of a new work order from the app, the notification should show the work order #. Just in case the contact or job has multiple work orders.

i want to email or text things from the documents tap on the phone app. I know it can be done within the browser.

Streamlining the mobile app
We have 15 people in our organization. All have tried the app and it will not work on any phone. We have a large database and do not want to close out files. Instead of trying to download all the contact on our phone, why not use indexing to access it online? I made a large access data base for a store and had to do that to make the program faster.

The mobile app should work for everyone but the 1% of accounts with exceptionally high numbers of active customer, we are working on a fix for the remaining accounts, but everyone else should experience faster load times even on large accounts.

Mobile app won't load
Our mobile app won't load. On the rare occasion that it does load, it not only takes forever to load, but it locks up. We have everything archived that we can archive, but it makes no difference. Our salesmen use this app in the field and now it's worthless to them. I'd like our bill to be cut in half until this issue is resolved. I don't know if our company needs to be put on its own server or what the resolution is, but something needs to happen NOW. We are literally days away from our busy season and…

Photo Scroll on Mobile App
I have gotten numerous complaints from my team and admin on not being able to scroll through photos on the mobile application. Attached are two screenshots of replies that you guys would be adding this feature into the new 2.0 and we are now on 2.3 version and still don't have this capability.... I love that you guys have this feature to interact with us on what we would like to see but if you say you are going to be adding a feature please actually add it.

phone number field on Job screen
Please add the phone number to Jobs. before we switched to the jobs functionality we had the phone number in the contact header and were able to make a call directly from the App. now that we are using Jobs the number is not in the header and we have to go from the Job to the Contact to make a call.

the ability to continually sync data to mobile devices, or accessing live data from mobile device
My understanding is that the mobile app syncs data when it is opened, and pushes data when it is closed. In the world of unlimited data plans, I would like the ability to keep the data in sync from the mobile app to the web version. Ideally, this could be a user-enabled option for continuous sync or one-time sync when opened. If this is not possible, having the app access live data when a record is opened would be helpful.
1 voteGreat news. I think the app already does what you want. It continuously syncs the data between the web and mobile unless you are offline. If you are offline, the app stores the data and then syncs when you get back online. Depending on the amount of data being transferred, it can take a while to sync.

It takes a long time to open the Jobnimbus App
each time we sign in we have to relog in which is annoying. and lately it is taking a very long time to boot up.

a sorting option in the mobile app for contacts that did not make "unknown" appear
As of today, 3/26/18, on the mobile app, there is a way to sort contacts by company, first or last name, or by date updated, but when you select either first/last name or company, it makes all of the ones that have an empty field appear as "UNKNOWN" for their name.
For Example, If I sort by Last Name then it will show all the company's we do business with (ie. contacts who do not have a first nor last name, only have a company name) as "UNKNOWN" as the display name.

Android App in South Africa
The IOS app is already available here but most of our staff use the android platform. We want to use Salesrabbit, but it integrates best with your software, so it will be great if we can have Jobnimbus on android.

turn off task notifications on mobile app
When I open the mobile app and go to tasks, it pops up a screen displaying this for example:
"Task assigned
Automation (contact) assigned you a new task
DISMISS VIEW"And then I have to select Dismiss or View.
It then repeats a similar popup until I go through every single new task assigned since my last time using the app.
I'd like a way to turn this off.
1 voteYou can turn off mobile push notifications for tasks this way:
1. Log into JobNimbus on the web
2. Go to your name at the top right and choose My Info
3. In the Notifications section, either uncheck the box for Tasks if you want to turn off all Task notifications or switch the dropdown menu at the top of the section to “Email” instead of “Email and Push” so that it no longer shows those push notifications in app for you.For further assistance, please contact support@JobNimbus.com. Improved Photo Quality when taking photos from within the App
Improve photo quality for the photos taken on the app.
1 voteYou can adjust the resolution of photos taken with the mobile app this way:
1. Logged in as an admin, go to your name at the top right and choose Settings
2. Find the option for “Auto re-size images” and adjust the dropdown to your preference.
3. Click “Save” at the bottomThis will now be the setting for all users taking pictures on the mobile app from that point forward.
Just to be aware, increasing the resolution can increase sync times, storage used on device, usage on cell data plans.
