Clock in / Clock Out & Time tracking in mobile app
Actual Clock in / Clock out time with the ability to track time spent on tasks. Time tracking is not available on the mobile app. Possibly the feature lacking that would prevent moving forward.

More Separated Calendar
I have admin access, and I see my sales team's appointments made using the start and end date fields in the contact information on my mobile calendar. I'd rather see only my own appointments.

Integrate with ABC Supply
JN integrated with Beacon, but we need an integration with ABC Supply. Would be nice to get real time pricing in JN so we don't have to manually change everything when we get price increases.

Search function across contacts and jobs
I would love the option to be able to hit the search bar and be able to search a address or phone number across the jobs and the contacts. Currently you have to search a number in contacts and if you don't find it then you have to search in Jobs. I feel this would be a simple change that would change the speed of business.

All Incomplete Tasks should be Visible on the Mobile App
I would like the mobile app to show all incomplete tasks, not just the last 30 days. I didn't know there was a limit, and this has slowed down some processes for my company. We rely on deleting or completing tasks to trigger automations that move the job/contact through the workflow.

A way for our salesmen to be able to access the boards from their phones and a way to leave notes on cutomers files as well.
The salesmen need to be able to see the boards and be able to move them as the jobs move along from their phones. Also being able to leave notes in customer's file.

Mobile App Boards
In the web version, there is a board layout available. We primarily use the board layout for our Jobs to track the progress. This simple feature works great, if you are using the web version of JobNimbus.
Our field personnel currently use a 3rd party board layout app (Trello) which they can use either on the web or on the mobile app. It is crazy and not practical for our field personnel to be forced to use this 3rd party app when it is a simple technology that JobNimbus already has in the web version.

Log notes using Apple Pencil on iPad
My team takes notes on an iPad using Apple pencils. We would like the ability to log notes using the pencil to take down measurements and communicate other important information for the office. We will have to continue doing this in Notes Writer and uploading the PDF into the job.

Mobile Notes Display
When creating notes on web base platform the look one way with proper lay out. But when you look at them on the mobile platform they are structured differently. This make the mobile platform harder to read if you make lists for order matterials. It would be nice if the mobile read the same as the web view.

Show Related Contact more readily/clearly on Jobs in mobile app
Add a field to the job that includes the contact name for the job and automatically pulls the data from the contact card. It would also need to display in the app. As of right now when you schedule a Job you can see the address but need to go to 4 additional steps to see who the job is attached to.
9 votesI think we can definitely do better to show the Primary Contact on a Job in the mobile app.
You can currently find it by tapping on the icon at the top right, then tapping the Contact icon in the filter row, then the Contact itself will be there, but we know that’s too many steps.
