When is this coming??? We desperately need this feature!

You have integrated with Natural Forms to allow us to create proprietary sales contracts using our own, existing in-house templates eliminating the need for paper. Using the mobile app, our sales reps can now sit in front of a customer, collect contact information, create a sales contract and get their signature at their home. BUT they can't send them a copy on the spot via the app. This is a big miss and largely defeats the purpose of the integration. It appears this issue has been out there for a while now. Please rectify.

I am trying to send an attachment from the mobile app. On the browser version, when we select Note of type Email, we are allowed to create an Email and attach and send items etc. However, on the mobile version, we can still create a Note of type email but are not able to attach or select items or even send as email as it doesn't give us the options to send etc. Are we missing something because there should be a way to send an attachment from the mobile app even if it is a basic way within the contact or job.

There is no way, from what I can tell, to email an invoice or document in the new app. I believe the old app had this capability.

Can't send my normal estimates with email template through app when ch makes it more tedious to send an estimate remotely

NEED to be able to select pictures/docs in the mobile app, and text or email them to the contact.

This would be huge if we can get this going.

Any update with this?

I'd also suggest a setting to optionally allow photos to be stored locally on the phone in photos.

Emailing would be very helpful.

It would also be helpful if we could access the Company Documents folder that is on the web through the mobile app. I use several docs in there that all reps need and could use in the field.

I have been away from my computer on several occasions and a client is needing an invoice in order to pay me. I would like to be able to create it right from my phone and send. Also I have sent an invoice through JN and the client cannot find it, it would be nice to be able to send that document right from my phone while on the go. Thanks!
