Currently, I have to go into each template, after I have updated the product, and re-select the product to update it on the template.

Great news! We are planning on adding Google Maps autocomplete functionality, so that whenever you create or edit a Job in JobNiimbus, as you begin to type the address the suggested Google Maps locations will appear below. This should greatly streamline the process of adding new leads and Jobs, and improve the accuracy of the data inputted as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment John Esh commentedI hate that the only way to email a contract document for signature is directly from the document. We use this emailed link-to-sign feature all the time, but we almost always want to send the link along with other relevant information to our customer.
What I need is the ability to create an email, and either have the ability to include a signature hyperlink for a document, or attach that contract document in a way that the customer can sign it online.
As the system is now, you first have to send the contract document as an email, which creates the link. But I want the link or it's equivalent available without needing to send that contract document specifically.John Esh supported this idea · -

Agree with this. Need to be able to update a checklist form. We have a checklist to complete jobs, but the checklist can't be done all at one time. So it would be great to start the form completion, save it, and then come back and finish it in the future once all actions are completed.
