Be able to document calls/texts in the new mobile app, just like you could in the old app.
Using the new app, if you text/call a customer from within the app it doesn't track on the customers account. In the JN Legacy app, when you text/call a customer from within the app, after the call you got a little pop up to enter in a note with the call time amount. This helped us track calls and any texts made by users. This was a great feature and feel it would be important to add to the new app.
The way that this was implemented in the old app opened up the business to a lot of risk. We don't have access to the messaging app on people's phones and so there is not way to verify the message that was actually sent. So a user could send a message from the JobNimbus app but the actually message might not be what was sent which could cause a lot of problems. For the foreseeable future we will not be adding this feature

We rely on this feature to tell us what was communicated, last time of contact, and who needs to be contacted.
