Phone Integration (Inbound Calls, Caller ID)
When a current client returns a call to a mobile phone with JobNimbus app it will recognize the # and direct the call through JobNimbus so a note can be made in the clients file on completion of the conversation.
It would also be great if the clients name was displayed as well as their number so you know what client is calling.
Update 2.2.0 of the mobile app now includes caller ID for both iOS and Android! Now you’ll be able to see who from your JobNimbus Contacts list is calling right from the lock screen and can greet them by name!

I was with Base CRM before and they had this feature, It was great. Any names I had in my Base database would show up on my cell phone when the client called.
Really helps to know who is calling with the amount of solicitors calling these days.

Absolutely agree on this suggestion. It would be much easier on everyone to engage customers and clients if they automatically appear with info on your phone when they call in! It literally changes the entire mood of the phone call if you answer the phone and are able to address the customer by name like you picked up the conversation exactly where you left off, regardless of time elapsed!

somehow we must unite to make this feature happened. It would be such a time saver as I now manually enter all my contacts in my phone... yuk!
