  2. Ability to create Smart Estimates through Forms

    It would be useful to have the ability to create a Smart Estimate based on a filled out form to help field reps quickly write out the estimate based on the check list they perform.

  3. Bulk Price List Uploading

    So, why doesn't JN have a place in settings to create and upload your price lists? We should be able to upload a bulk price list in settings and when you want to create an estimate in a job you can create templates there after you build an estimate, but your bulk price list would be in there already. Most programs have a bulk upload feature to build the price list with all your items first.

  4. split terms for balance remaining

    Currently, if you apply an payment to an invoice, and then try to set split terms for the remaining balance, it will not save the splits as you enter them. It will revert to its own percentages. This appears to be intended function since split terms were not set upfront. It would be nice to be able to split the remaining balance on invoices.

  7. Multi-Location Estimate Gating

    We would like to be able to restrict/assign which templates are available to which locations and/or groups. This would greatly benefit the scalability of the system without it being as cluttered as it is now.

  10. Add/ Change an Invoice status name

    Would like to be able to change the preset invoices status. I would like it to say PAID instead of closed or even be able to add it as a status.

  11. Customer can choose options before signing online

    It would be very nice for a customer to be able to select options on an estimate online which would change the price to include the chosen options, and then be able to sign the estimate.

  12. Create duplicate estimates for insurance purposes

    When I create an estimate for insurance, I write an estimate and give it to the customer with only the total. But when I submit it to insurance they need to see the amounts of each line item. It would be nice to be able to create both the customer-facing and insurance-facing estimates at the same time, rather than needing to edit the original and give it a new template.

  14. Section Descriptions

    I would like to be able to add a section then have a place to describe the section if I wanted. Currently I add a line at the top of my estimates/Invoices and describe everything I am mentioning, but often that gets long.

  17. Estimate Section Title Feedback

    In logos estimates logo uses the "section title" with a lot of verbiage. The verbiage use to go across the page. Now with the new section description when logo goes to view his past estimates the section title verbiage is off to the left hand side and is clumped together. It no longer goes across the page.

    Currently the way to fix this issue is to recreate all his estimate templates to include the new "show section description". He would like to be able to edit his current estimate template, to allow the "show section description".

  18. Easier way to be notified which line items need updated in the estimate template

    In estimate templates, notify what line items need to be updated from Beacon, currently the only notification you get its "Note: Supplier pricing for this estimate has changed since you last reviewed this order. If you save, your estimate costs will be updated."

  19. Column for "Cost Total Per Line Item" on an Estimate.

    We want to add a column, we would like to see a cost total per line item.  This would resemble the price total per line item shown in the amount column.  It might not even be something to toggle on or off, it's really just adding a new calculation to the row

  20. Can you guy put a toolbar for estimate like you have for documents; or on documents can you make it so you can put a summary and discount

    For an example:

    I should have a tool bar when am creating an estimates and more better format when creating an estimate.
    My estimate looks like an invoice rather an estimate. I can't edit my estimate like I can with documents, there also know way put a discount next to my price. Where is the summary or price location when creating documents.
