  1. Financial items automatically added to an existing budget

    Whenever anything is created inside Financials, it automatically is included on the budget. Ex.: I create a material order and it's total and number automatically is added as a line in a budget, or have an option to do include it without having to manually enter all of the information.

  2. Budget Customize Setting

    We would love to be able to customize the budget section under financials tab. Just like you can customize the "Credit Memos" and "Invoices" it would be helpful if you could do the same for budget. If that isn't possible at least putting "proposed price" on that section so that you can see at a glance what the proposed or for us sold price of the job was (see attachment for clarification). Also being able to add change orders into the budget would be super helpful.

  3. Notes for Invoices

    Why can't we add notes to invoices? Specifically for the ability to tag a team member and keep the conversation attached the relevant invoice instead of tagging on customer notes and sifting through random information.

  4. Option for 'Related Contacts' to Work Order and Material Order templates

    We would like our installers to have the homeowner contact information. They are often not the primary contact. If we could choose from the related contacts like we do in a document that would be great.

  5. Editable Approval Date for Estimates

    Having the ability to manually select an approval date. Currently when you approve an estimate, it automatically selects the date that the estimate was marked as approved. If a customer confirms the job as accepted on a Saturday, then the estimator won't mark it as approved until Monday. Considering that, the sale won't be applied until that workweek.

  6. Options List in Template Questions

    Options was taken out of the template questions area just a few days ago because it did not work. It shoudl be a easy fix to get it back in as it is an option on the Contacts Fields and Job Fields. In order to create good templates for field use, this option is highly needed! Also, the Boolean (Yes/No) option only displays "Yes" if checked, it does not display "No" if left unchecked on template questions.

    Please get both of these items fixed. I should not be forced to use 3rd party integrations when I can create custom forms…

  7. Custom Statuses for Material Orders

    The status of a Material Order automatically shows as "Draft" upon entry without an option to change it to "Open" like I can when I enter an invoice in JobNimbus Invoices. It would be nice to have a feature to change the status manually to "Open" and etc. like seen on JobNimbus Invoice so we can track the progress of the order better and quickly see the status.

  8. Custom Fields For Financials Templates

    Let us put custom fields on estimates, material orders, and invoices.( that way we can put in colors, delivery dates, and other options.

  10. Add an overall markup to the estimate cost

    I might be missing something, but the way it works now is to have a cost, then a price for each item, and the difference would be the markup. With this method, if our overhead changes, I would have to go through the whole products and services list, and increase the price for each item to compensate. If we could apply a markup directly to the total of the cost estimate, it would allow us to change the markup very easily on a job by job basis if we wanted too. Thanks

  11. Payments & Balance on Invoice Grid in Financials Tab

    it would be nice when in the financial tab under invoice to see below the invoice any payments & what the actual balance is without having to actually click into the invoice.

  12. Spreadsheet Templates

    We have a quote form in excel which will automatically calculate sub total, VAT and grand total. Want to add fields from database i.e. contact name, job and address etc but can't see a way of doing this?
