  1. Separate Line Items on Estimate in Proposal

    When adding an estimate to a Proposal, the estimate line items are not separated by lines or bullet points on the Proposal. I would like to have it reflect within the Proposal the same way that it does on the estimate itself, with the lines between each item.

  2. Calendar is broken

    Can’t even find the right category to post my idea! :-)
    I would like a calendar with the option to hit enroute and then it would show on the calendar on my side in the office. They could also hit arrived and departed with other options also. And the calendar should go horizontally instead of vertical.
    I have not seen a better calendar than Successware, 21 provides. They are the best.
    I love the Job Nimbus project management portion Best of all for Job Nimbus.👍

  3. Price book

    I would like Job Nimbus to be the top of the line for the sales people to create an estimate that would show the option of financing included, showing payment option versus cash option.
    Also
    Why isn’t there an option to put in a third-party financing link to make it so much easier.? We go to an outside source anyway it would be nice if that option was also available inside JobNimbus

  4. Catagorize departments in products

    I need my different categories, to be departmentalized, my repairs and Replacements should be in a separate department as well as siding so I can have a quick financial snapshot on which department is doing the best. We can departmentalize QuickBooks, but it does not work to departmentalize in JobNimbus that would make it so much easier and then push it to QuickBooks.

  6. Change Alignment of Estimate Titles

    In the New Sales Experience, I would like to be able to edit the alignment of the page titles. For instance, Introduction, Inspection, etc. Currently they all have a left margin and I want to center them or move them right.

  8. Add a template to the budget area

    It would be very helpful to be able to create and use templates for the budget area. For example, using different types of jobs like a residential shingle or commercial job, roof coating job, etc.
    Where everything is added and prices are pulled from the product/services list and choose a template

  9. Section Totals on Smart Estimates

    In the same way that we are able to "hide line items" or "show line items" per section created in a smart estimate. I would like the ability to also choose whether or not the section totals are visible at the smart estimate template level.

  10. Change "Amount Paid" on Invoice

    When creating an invoice and applying a credit memo, the boxes show that there was a credit applied, but also the "Amount Paid" matches the credit. I would like that to be 0 as there was no payment made so it can be misleading that both a credit was applied and a payment amount is showing.

  11. Automatic contact info update on transferred estimates. From one job to another.

    Automatic contact info update.
    There has been a few times I have created an estimate in the wrong file/job.

    What if... in this scenario... we could share the estimate to the CORRECT file and nimbus could automatically change the contact info and job at the top of the estimate?

    The other main reason this could be incredibly powerful... Often times we write estimates that are very similar, so instead of running through the entire template again top to bottom, clicking and removing the items that don't pertain, everything would already be set up and we could just change a few…

  13. Additional Signatures on Fully Signed Estimates

    I would like the ability to add more signatures to an estimate that is already fully signed. For example, if I want to send it to a manager to get signed and approved first then send it to the customer to sign.

  15. Re-enter account/routing number for JobNimbus Payments

    On the payment screen, have a field to enter the account number a second time to verify they match. That is what the issue has been for our returned payments and would avoid this from happening as often.

  19. Request for Enhanced Document Identification & Preview for Email Attachments

    I'm experiencing a challenge in differentiating between various documents (quotes, invoices, etc.) when attaching them to emails within your system. Currently, the only distinguishing factor is the estimate or invoice number, which doesn't allow us to easily associate documents with specific project details.

    To improve this process, I propose the following enhancements:

    1. Display the "Internal Note" Next to All Documents: This additional description would help users identify the correct documents for attachment more efficiently.

    2. Expandable Document Preview: Allowing users to click on a document's small image to see it in a larger format would provide visual confirmation of the content,…

  20. Section totals by trade with easy wording and work totals.

    On bigger scopes, this would be helpful to group Hvac, Paint, Gutter, Etc to be able to send off and gets bids or numbers on each trade.
