  1. Column for "Cost Total Per Line Item" on an Estimate.

    We want to add a column, we would like to see a cost total per line item.  This would resemble the price total per line item shown in the amount column.  It might not even be something to toggle on or off, it's really just adding a new calculation to the row

  2. Can you guy put a toolbar for estimate like you have for documents; or on documents can you make it so you can put a summary and discount

    For an example:

    I should have a tool bar when am creating an estimates and more better format when creating an estimate.
    My estimate looks like an invoice rather an estimate. I can't edit my estimate like I can with documents, there also know way put a discount next to my price. Where is the summary or price location when creating documents.

  3. PDF's compatible with Blue Beam

    Would like to be able to have all PDF's created from JobNimbus compatible with Blue Beam, which is what our customer uses to view all PDF files.

    It would be nice if would could choose whether or not estimates need to be changed to approved after coming in to JobNimbus.

    In a custom invoice report: It would be helpful to have an option that shows the number of days between the invoice created and paid.

  7. Rename Surcharge on Invoices

    When using Global Payments and passing the fee on to the customer it automatically calls it a surcharge. It would be nice to be able to rename that category in case we would like to call it something different. In Texas you're not allowed to charge customers the credit card payment fee, so we usually call it something different.

  8. Line items only on custom document templates

    When loading an estimate into a custom document, the ability to only show line items instead of all the extra information on the estimate template.

  9. Make Markups Visible on the customer side of an estimate

    I would like to have the option to display the markups on an estimate. So I can view the markup info when I download the .PDF version.

  10. Have the Item/Section name section expand when creating financial docs

    When creating an estimate, it would be great to have a way to expand the section item name size? Much like you are able to expand the description section to be able to view more than one line.

    Be able to have the option to print off invoices in batches. Logo currently has to go into each contact and print of each individual invoice.

  15. Ability to change stamp on invoices

    Sometimes the "PAID" stamp on an invoice is not applicable, like when there are progress payments or if an invoice is cancelled. It would be nice to be able to toggle the stamp on or off on an invoice, or even have the ability to change it to another stamp. "DRAFT", "CURRENT", "CANCELLED", etc.

  17. Estimate Edit & View Screens

    On estimate edit screen: Add cost total and margin columns to each line item.

    On estimate view screen: Show job cost, markup, profit, total price & total margin (in other words, have the view screen include what the edit screen has)

  20. Edit Column Names on Financials

    It would be beneficial to have the option to edit the names of the columns on financial documents. We use hours instead of quantity & it'd be great to have the ability to change this.
