How can we handle relevant files better?

Drag & Drop Attachments (Documents, Photos, etc)

Instead of having to browse to attach a picture or scanned document, it would be nice to be able to drag and drop it into the attachment section.

    You should be able to drag and drop photos on the cpu version and should also be able to sort photos by date, person etc....
