Attach Specific Document Types in email template
Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.
ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

Auto updating pricing on templates
Automatically update prices in templates after updating prices in "Products and Services" under settings. We use templates a lot for quotes, ordering and estimates. It would be nice that after we update the price in "Product and Services" we can Click a button in the "edit template area" to update all the items that are linked to the "Products and Services" page. We have about 30 template estimates and updating multiple every time a price change happens in almost a full time job for several days. Attach a "Company Document" onto a document template
ok guys, are you ready for the next big thing? Another billion dollar idea? So the document feature is almost perfect, but we need to have access to attaching a "Company Document" to a "document" we create from a template. I created some cool PDF's from illustrator to bolster up the template look, you know, eye candy for the clients, but in order to hook the pdf to the newly created document, the pdf must first be downloaded from the "company documents" to my computer, then uploaded to the individual contact, then create document, then connect. Allow CSS Styling on Templates
Many of our templates are based off the same CSS styles, so minor updates requires me to update each individual template HTML source code under the <style> tags on each template. Allowing users to link a style sheet hosted on the web to templates within the HTML source would massively improve user experience

The work order template and the estimate template need to have the same format.
In the WO template there isn't a amount column. I would like the ability to have a total appear in the section when checked, like it does in the estimate template.

Edit Columns on Material orders and Work orders
I want to not show the Item column. I want to be able to show my "items" selection. as I may have an item that I am trying to order by a bag/ box or size.

Work Order Modified Automations
There is a built in feature to automatically send work orders to subcontractor, but no built in features to automatically send modifications. You can create an automation to do this, but since attachments cannot be automated into emails, there's no way to send the updated WO to the sub, except manually. On weeks with weather, there are a lot of adjustments to job start dates, which means a lot of manually sent emails.

Ability to add custom columns to Templates
Specifically we need a column on our Materials Order template for the material source (i.e. Beacon, Shop, ABC, etc) but I can think of many more examples where this would be useful.

Template Questions- Make boolean default to "No" if left unchecked
When using template questions and selecting a boolean check box for yes or no, currently if left unchecked it is just blank. User would like it to default to "no" if left unchecked.

User has requested the option for importing existing word documents into Document Templates for the purpose of preserving font, layout, images, etc.

Template Field View
Wants the options for the template fields to be more easily accessible rather than just having the drop-down menu.

Add more invoice template options or allow more formatting options.
There are currently only two options for invoice templates. There is very little customization for the formatting. It would be nice to add or remove items such as company logo and document title, or allow the use of a letterhead in the header. The ability to change margin size would also be helpful to eliminate the chance of a blank second page in the PDF.

Attach Videos to Email Templates
The ability to embed a video in an email template so that when a contact is moved to a specific status, we can create an automation to send the customer an email with a video attached (i.e. more personal thank-you)

Please create ability to insert page break.
Page break would help. Also the ability to place pictures specifically where you need them. The template creator as a whole is very awkward and it is difficult to make a high quality document like you can within Word or Google Docs. I like many parts of Jobnimbus but the function to create document templates is very underdeveloped.

Extracting Items from Financials into Document Templates
User would like the ability to extract items from financials (ie. total amount due from invoice) and include it into a document template.

Update template fonts to match standard font sizes
Currently, the font sizes in templates do not match standard font sizes. This can cause issues with laws for estimates/contracts needing to be a specific size to be legally binding.

Pictures resized in estimates
NEED pictures to resize. They are too small. If we had the option to make them bigger, we could attach a jpg of the work to be done right on the estimate so everything is in the same place instead of having to make a contract.

Ability to edit table settings in document template
Need to be able to alter table borders, settings, widths, etc after creating a document template. Currently have to edit in HTML or create new table and move data and delete old table
