Default Visibility for Attachment Categories
Visibility on different types of documents.
Prevent certain groups/individuals to be able to see certain types of Attachment Categories.

Please add a default visibility setting option for each Attachment Category (e.g., Public by default, or Private by default). This would:
• Save time for users by pre-populating the correct visibility based on the category’s defined default.
• Reduce errors and inconsistencies in visibility flags across uploads.
• Make attachment management more efficient and aligned with company privacy policies.
If possible, it would be great for this default to be editable in Settings → Attachment Categories, and to include an option to override the default during upload when needed. -

This is a crucial function that I am certain many users will find useful.
I do see that you can "hide" a document category. But it hides it from all users. Not very helpful. Maybe if you just add the prompt after choosing to "hide" for us to select which users to hide it from.
