Company Documents- Videos and/or powerpoint uploads

Hello, I would like to be able to upload a powerpoint presentation for our sales guys to use and show clients. To keep everything in Job Nimbus we use.
Also, it would be nice to be able to upload our 30-60sec company intro video also so our sales guys and show customers.
